Tips for a listing that gets good applicants

• Be specific in the title. "Customer Support Specialist" attracts better matches than "Rockstar Needed".
• Say who can apply. State the countries or time zones you can hire in. It saves everyone time.
• Describe the role, not just the requirements. What will the person do in their first few months?
• Share pay if you can. Listings with a pay range tend to attract more serious candidates.
• Explain the hiring steps. Candidates appreciate knowing what the process looks like.
