Resume Matcher
Upload your resume and we'll compare your skills against live remote and US job listings, then rank the best fits. You get a score for each job, the skills you already have for it, the ones worth adding, and a short report on how to improve your odds.
How the matching works
Matching has two parts. First, a transparent scoring step finds the skills in your resume and compares them with the skills each job asks for, along with seniority and your work authorization. Then an AI step judges how strongly each skill is backed up. Real work experience counts for more than a skill that only appears in a course or a list, and it writes your report. Our guide to how AI resume matching works explains the idea in plain English.
Get better results
- Paste or upload your full resume, not a summary. More real detail means better matches.
- Describe what you did with each skill. A line about a project beats a bare list of tools.
- Set your work authorization honestly. Employers who state they don't sponsor visas are filtered out if you need sponsorship. Authorization rules are specific, so confirm anything important with your school or an immigration professional.
- Choose "Anywhere" to include remote jobs. Picking a city shows only jobs located in that city.
Your resume and privacy
Files are read in your browser. The text is then sent to our matching service to be scored, and up to the first 10,000 characters are sent to an AI service (Groq) that judges how strongly each skill is backed up and writes your report. We don't save your resume text. We keep your latest report, including your matches, detected skills and the AI-written summary, for up to 90 days, linked to an anonymous ID in your browser rather than your name, so you can come back to it.
Matching doesn't need your phone number, email or address, so you can remove them before you paste. Please don't include government ID numbers or bank details. See our privacy policy for the full details.
