What the site is

MericaJobs is an information service. We display job listings gathered from third parties and, in some cases, submitted by employers. We are not an employer, recruiter or agency, and we are not a party to any arrangement between you and an employer.

No guarantees

Listings can be inaccurate, filled, expired or withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee that any job exists, is open to you, or is legitimate. You are responsible for checking the details with the employer and for verifying that an employer is genuine before sharing personal information or accepting an offer.

Job seekers

You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, or use listings to send unsolicited commercial messages. Applying to a job happens on the employer's or source's site, under their terms.

Employers who post jobs

If you submit a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to post it, that it describes a real, currently open role, and that it does not break any law. You may not post listings that charge applicants fees, ask for money, gift cards or financial account access, discriminate unlawfully, or mislead candidates. We may edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, with or without notice. Listings expire after a limited period.

Third-party content and links

Listings and links come from other sites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Source names and links are shown so you can reach the original posting.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MericaJobs is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, including decisions made about jobs, employers or applications.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
